    We have many clients that come from all over the world and are unable to come to tour the homes in person. For our clients we will send one of our team members to tour the home inside and out and upload the video for your review.  Depending on timing we can also offer the option of FaceTime while at the property.

  • Attending New Construction Design & Builder appointments with & on behalf of clients

    There was a case recently where one of our clients was not able to come to their new home design appointment. We went on their behalf and were able to face time with them at the design appointment. For our clients that can attend the appointments in person, we will be there with you during your design appointment to provide suggestions and to answer any questions you may have. There will be many appointments thereafter with the builder such as pre-construction, pre-drywall and final walks, which our team will attend with you. We are here every step of the way – before, during and after!
